Why personalized nutrition?

Women's bodies move through complex hormonal and metabolic shifts that one-size-fits-all plans simply ignore.

I was drawn to personalized nutrition to help women understand their own physiology, nourish their bodies without extreme restriction, and build an intuitive, empowering relationship with food.

A little of my own journey

What personalized nutrition taught me firsthand

Navigating personalized fitness, strength training and tailored nutrition myself showed me how powerful the right approach can be — when it's built around a real person rather than a generic rulebook.

Simple shifts made a genuine difference: volume-eating techniques that keep meals satisfying, and practical Indian swaps — like building volume with grated vegetables in place of some of the traditional rice — that support steady energy, strength and long-term health.

That lived experience is why my work stays practical, food-first and grounded in everyday Indian meals.

My philosophy

Four ideas at the centre of everything I do

Science

Culture

Built around real Indian food, traditions and the meals you already love.

Individuality

Your body, hormones, routine and goals shape the plan — not an average.

Sustainability
